Practicalities :
8 sessions between 45 min to 1h15 min each, depending if private or if you come to a group.
+ an info session to start.
Can be live or on zoom. (look on the scheduled events)
Can be done once a week in 8 weeks or every 3, 4, 5 days depending on the result you want to achieve.
You'll have a daily practice to follow daily when you get up. (top 16 min after 8 weeks - starting with 4 min).
You don't have to change and dress in sport clothes.
